Robson Junior has a BA in English and Literature (UFES/Brazil) and a Graduate certificate in Distance Education (UFF/Brazil). He has been an English teacher since 2007. Develops research on the autonomy in language teaching and learning area, online education and the use of ICT. He's worked in the municipality of Macaé, state of Rio de Janeiro with EFL (English as a Foreign Language) in a language center named CMI (Centro Municipal de Idiomas), and worked with ESP (English for Specific Purposes) in a public college (FeMASS).
There, he led a team of +10 undergrad researchers on the development of a comprehensive Virtual Learning Environment called CMI+ which aims to offer quality foreign language instruction and technology education through the use of free available resources scattered throughout the internet.
Currently Robson Junior has been accepted to the PhD program in Teaching, Learning and Technology at Lehigh University with full scholarship and a Graduate Assistanship Position at the College of Education.
